Refund policy

Since all of our products are fulfilled on demand, we don't offer product returns or size exchanges. If there's ever an issue with your order, please submit a problem report to merch@theyogabox.com no later than 30 days from the delivery date, and we would look into it.

If it's an error on our supplier's part, they'll offer either a reshipment or a refund for the product. Returned products can only be reshipped back to the same or different address, and refunds don't apply.
